Booking The Centre

Welcome to Poringland Community Centre with its modern, accessible, flexible and spacious design creating an excellent atmosphere for parties, meetings, conferences, courses, clubs, wedding receptions and concerts for up to 240 people.

Our venue also offers a fully equipped commercial kitchen, bistro area and a bar facility. In addition we have a raised staging area that can be hired for theatrical performances, talks or musical events.

The main hall can be hired out as a whole hall, half a hall or split into quarters, with varying rates of hire applying, depending on your needs.

Our helpful Caretaker is on hand to organise room layouts, as well as being responsible for the general maintenance and security of our Centre and our adjoining car park. If you would like to gain more information or make a booking enquiry please contact -

Our Charges

General hire charges including Parties for 14 year olds and under for Parishioners living within The Five Villages-Daytime/Evening

Hire Deposit 25% of total cost plus
Damage Deposit (returnable) on full pre-payment - £60.00

£10.50 per quadrant (quarter) per hour
£15.75 for two quadrants (half) per hour
£21.00 for three quadrants (three quarters) per hour
£26.00 for whole hall per hour
£15.00 for full use of kitchen - Morning/Afternoon/Evening
£5.00 for hot water only - Morning/Afternoon/Evening
